Braden Stone is an Associate at Fairway Commercial Advisors, specializing in buying, selling, leasing, and land transactions across West Texas. His responsibilities include client representation, market analysis, and sourcing opportunities for investors, business owners, and landowners. Braden’s strong work ethic, local market knowledge, and relationship-focused approach help ensure clients receive clear communication, strategic guidance, and efficient execution throughout each transaction.

Braden was born and raised in West Texas. He grew up in Tahoka, Texas, where he grew up working on his family’s third-generation cotton farm. He attended Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics with a minor in Animal Science. Upon graduation, he transitioned directly into the commercial real estate industry, combining his agricultural roots with his passion for real estate and economic development.

 

Outside of work, Braden enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and staying involved in agriculture. Braden and his wife, Morgan, live in Tahoka, where he continues to raise sheep and cattle with his family.
