John Darden is a Partner at Fairway Commercial Advisors. He has over 15 years of
commercial and residential real estate experience. John is often contracted to speak
at sales and training events for salespeople.

He is also owner and founder of a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise located in Lubbock as well. Prior to brokerage ownership, John was a highly successful residential and
commercial sales agent and team leader in Lubbock, Texas. John is also a former
pastor.

Having grown up in Lubbock, TX, he learned the value of hard work and honesty in
business and life. He attended and graduated from Texas Tech University in 2008 and
graduated with his Master’s Degree from Logsdon School of Theology in 2012.

John and his wife Katie have two sons, Dash and Taz. He enjoys coaching his boys’
sports teams, playing golf, is an avid sports fan, skiing, and travelling as often as his
schedule allows.
