Zac Howell is a Senior Associate at Fairway Commercial Advisors. His responsibilities include development, investor relations, and business consulting. Zac’s passion for new development and tenant representation, paired with his dedication to client success, ensures a professional and efficient experience throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Zac has five years of experience in real estate, with the last three years focused primarily on commercial real estate. He specializes in new development projects, commercial build-outs, and tenant representation. Zac works closely with business owners, investors, and franchise operators to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic real estate decisions. He has experience working alongside multi-state franchise ownership groups, helping support their expansion and development efforts.

Originally from the Midwest, Zac earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business & Economics from Oklahoma State University. His background has shaped his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial approach to real estate and development.

Outside of work, Zac enjoys golf, traveling, hunting, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife Lauren are expecting their first child in June.
